Our Services
The Services provide information about Redline events, schedules, updates, announcements, and access to registration, media, livestreams, merchandise, mobile applications, and related tools.
Many Services—including event registration, payments, scheduling, account access, media galleries, livestreams, mobile applications, and merchandise—are provided through third-party platforms, including but not limited to TourPro and other service providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
-
Eligibility and Minors
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or who use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are registering a minor participant, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have full legal authority from the parent/guardian and studio to register the participant and agree to all required policies, waivers, and agreements on their behalf.
-
Event Rules, Policies, and Waivers
Participation in Redline events is subject to Redline’s official Rules, refund and credit policies, and waivers, which are presented during registration and/or on our website and are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.
If there is any conflict between these Legal Terms and event-specific Rules or waivers, the event-specific terms will govern matters related to event participation.
-
Purchases, Payments, Refunds, and Credits
Payments for event registrations, add-ons, media, deposits, merchandise, or other offerings may be processed through third-party payment platforms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and authorize charges through the selected payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Redline reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel transactions
- Correct pricing, clerical, or administrative errors
- Limit quantities or registrations
- Suspend access for policy violations
Refunds, credits, deposits (including Redline Ready deposits), overpayments, schedule-final deadlines, and event cancellation scenarios are governed by Redline’s official Rules and posted policies, which are incorporated by reference.
-
Merchandise and Commerce
Redline may offer merchandise for sale. Merchandise may be sold through third-party e-commerce providers or, where applicable, directly through the Services.
We make reasonable efforts to display merchandise accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product colors, sizing, features, or specifications displayed on your device are exact due to variations in screens and settings. All merchandise is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
