OUR STORY
Welcome to Redline
If you’re here, thank you.
Whether you’ve known members of our team for years or you’re discovering us for the first time, we’re grateful you’re taking the time to learn about what we’re building.
Redline began with a simple belief: studios deserve a competition experience that’s built on relationships, guided by intention, and committed to excellence. We’re a new brand, but not a new team. For decades, we’ve had the privilege of working in the competition industry, serving studios across the country. Those years taught us that what people remember most isn’t just how an event runs — they remember how they were treated. They remember the relationships. They remember whether they felt valued.
That’s the company we set out to build.
As an independently owned company, we’re free to make decisions based on what’s best for studios — not shareholders, corporate policies, or quarterly reports. Every decision we make starts with one question: Does this create a better experience for the people who trust us with their season?
Our team is present, accessible, and invested. Not behind a counter. Not hidden behind corporate policy. But right there beside you — answering questions, anticipating needs, and offering the kind of white-glove support this industry has been missing.
We want you to notice the difference in the conversations you have, the communication you receive, and the way your dancers, teachers, and families are cared for throughout the weekend. Because to us, those details aren’t extras. They ARE the experience.
Starting something new comes with responsibility. We know every studio that chooses Redline is placing its trust in us, and that’s something we’ll never take for granted. Our commitment is simple: to create an experience your dancers will remember, your teachers will appreciate, and your studio will feel proud to be part of.
Thank you for considering Redline. We look forward to earning your trust and welcoming you to our inaugural season.
Excellence isn’t the exception.
It’s the starting line.
