Part-Time Remote • Extensive Weekend Travel During Season • Michigan-Based Preferred
We’re looking for someone highly organized, adaptable, and proactive to support the President of Redline Dance Competition in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This role is about far more than completing tasks. We’re looking for someone who anticipates needs before they’re asked, communicates clearly, thrives under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Someone dependable, grounded, fun to be around, and comfortable balancing professionalism with personality.
This is a part-time remote role to start, with a flexible schedule. As Redline continues to grow, this role has strong potential to evolve into a long-term full-time position with increased responsibility and extensive travel opportunities throughout the season.
A background in the dance industry is strongly preferred, especially for someone who understands the rhythm of competition life and the importance of professionalism, adaptability, and discretion.
The right person is someone who values teamwork, believes the little things matter, and wants to be part of building something meaningful alongside a team that genuinely cares about what they do.
